From network operations to enterprise application ownership, my path has followed one thread: making critical banking systems reliable, compliant, and easy for the business to depend on. Today, as Executive Manager of Enterprise Solutions at The Saudi Investment Bank, I own the platforms that keep governance, fraud prevention, and service delivery running.
WHERE I STARTED
I began as a Network Operations Center Engineer, then moved into System Analyst Development — learning banking infrastructure from the ground up before stepping into governance and risk.
WHERE I AM NOW
I lead as Application Owner across five critical systems spanning ITSM, tax compliance, fraud detection, identity governance, and audit — while continuing to steward legacy platforms through transition.

Leading enterprise application ownership across ITSM, tax compliance, fraud prevention, identity governance and audit systems, while managing the transition of legacy platforms.
Assistant Manager, Enterprise System
Managed IT projects as Project Manager, including Fatoora Phase II. Developed an enterprise system integration solution connecting multiple applications, improving operational efficiency, and led delivery through SIT, UAT and production environments.
Officer, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Identified issues, analyzed information, and delivered solutions under tight deadlines. Played a key role implementing the SAMA framework to protect customers from fraud, alongside Anti-Fraud and Cybersecurity teams, and contributed to anti-money laundering initiatives.
System Analyst Developer
Resolved end-user incidents, scheduled system changes, and identified permanent fixes. Analyzed systems and databases to recommend enhancements, and performed system analysis, documentation, testing and implementation.
Network Operations Center Engineer
Maintained detailed support documentation and built out the knowledge base. Managed server and workstation operating systems as well as the bank’s network infrastructure.

Transaction monitoring system used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, protecting customers and the bank in real time.
SailPoint
Access control platform governing organizational identity and access in line with SAMA regulatory requirements.
TeamMate Audit
System of record for internal audit findings, supporting tracking, remediation and reporting for the audit function.
